An event management platform that takes an organiser from registration through to post-event analytics — ticketing, QR check-in, attendee tracking and reporting inside one dashboard.
The brief
Most event teams run on three or four disconnected tools: one for tickets, one for email, a spreadsheet for the door, and nothing at all for what happened afterwards.
What we built
- Registration and ticketing with payment handling built in.
- QR-based check-in for the door, so arrivals are counted as they happen.
- Attendee tracking and automated communications on one contact record.
- A dashboard that reports on performance after the event, not just during it.
Why it matters
When check-in and registration share a database, the post-event report writes itself — which is the part organisers usually never get to.
