Intellectual property

The design, code, text and graphics on this site belong to Traffic Edge unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

For client projects: on final payment, ownership of the deliverables — source code, designs and accounts — transfers to you, as set out in your contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Traffic Edge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Engaging our services

Work begins on a written proposal accepted by you and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit. Payment terms, revision rounds, timelines and cancellation terms are set out in that proposal.

Advertising spend on platforms such as Google or Meta is billed by those platforms to your own account and is separate from our management fee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of ‹Pakistan›, and disputes fall to the courts of ‹Lahore, Pakistan›.
