The brief
Thousands of sellers in Pakistan run their whole business through Instagram and TikTok DMs. They do not need a full ecommerce platform — they need one link, cash on delivery, and no technical setup.
What we built
- A self-serve signup that gets a seller from a claimed handle to a live store in minutes.
- Cash on delivery nationwide, plus JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer, with payment-proof verification.
- A seller dashboard for products, orders and revenue, designed to be run entirely from a phone.
- Order-via-WhatsApp as a first-class checkout path, because that is how the buying conversation already happens.
- A marketing site that explains the product to non-technical sellers and pushes one action: claim your link.
Why it matters
The product had to work for someone whose entire storefront until now was a highlight reel. Every screen is built for a seller on mobile data with no time to learn a dashboard.
