The brief

Outbound sales usually means paying for three tools that do not talk to each other: one to find businesses, one to find their emails, and one to send the campaign. Data gets exported, re-imported, duplicated and lost in between.

What we built

A multi-tenant SaaS platform that holds the whole workflow in one place. Search any business type in any city or ZIP code, and it pulls matching local businesses from Google Maps through the Places API, crawls each company website for an email address, and checks deliverability with DNS and MX lookups before the address is trusted.

• Built-in CRM with a visual pipeline, so a new lead goes straight into a sequence.
• Multi-step cold email campaigns sent from the user's own mailboxes.
• Send-time windows, daily limits and a warm-up ramp to protect deliverability.
• Replies and bounces read back over IMAP into a unified inbox, with sequences stopping automatically when someone replies.
• Open and click tracking, one-click unsubscribe, and campaign analytics.

The constraint that shaped it

It had to run on ordinary shared hosting. No Python, no Redis, no headless browser - scraping, email enrichment and sending all run on a cron-driven queue in plain PHP. That decision is why it can be deployed anywhere a Laravel app can, rather than needing a server someone has to maintain.

Why it matters

It replaces a stack of separate subscriptions with one tool, and because the sending uses your own mailboxes, your sender reputation stays yours.

Laravel 12, PHP 8.3, MySQL, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, Google Places API, Symfony Mailer over SMTP, and IMAP for reply handling.
