A learning management system for schools, academies and training institutes: course and programme catalogues, live class schedules, recorded lessons, enrolment and certificates that anyone can verify online.
The brief
Training institutes tend to run on a website that lists courses, a WhatsApp group for the class, a spreadsheet for enrolments and a PDF certificate at the end. Nothing is connected, and nobody outside can confirm a certificate is real.
What we built
A learning management system that holds the whole student journey on one platform, shown here as a healthcare career academy.
- Course and programme catalogues, each with its own curriculum and outcomes.
- Live class scheduling with upcoming session dates, times and durations.
- Recorded lessons students can return to after the live class.
- Enrolment and admissions enquiries handled in the platform.
- Certificates with public online verification, so an employer can check one without calling the institute.
Why it matters
The verification page is the part institutes underestimate. A certificate anyone can confirm in ten seconds is worth considerably more to a graduate than a PDF, and it costs the institute nothing to offer once the records already live in one system.
